X5 Premium top speaker louder

Hi all!

So I got my Z5 Premium yesterday and so far I love it! However, when I tried out the speakers they initially worked fine in stereo. However, after a few minutes the top speaker gained more power and is now very dominant. I've restarted the phone several times but the problem remains. What's up? Anyone else having this problem? Thanks in advance!

The top speaker is louder than the bottom speaker and when I hold the phone in landscape it ruins the stereo effect and is quite annoying. Is this a software issue or hardware? TIA!

The first day of this year I remained my phone in my bedroom to let play some music for 3 or 4 hours continuosly, or more, and sound has balanced better than before but however every Z5 series u're having, TOP Speaker's playing, however and always, louder than bottom ...
