Frustrated: Free Headphones Xperia 1

It's quite frustrating to find out I pre ordered with EE direct in the UK and I don't get the free headphone??  O2, sky and even EE through carphonewarehouse.... 

Surely this should of been open directly through Sony?

Dunno, prices in UK are very competitive from mobile networks, £630 from O2, £649 from ee just the ones I recall, very competitive imo.

The microphone on the headphones doesn't work with ps4. Anyone know a way around this problem? Really bad.
