Green background in calls

When I call the app I get the green background, it happens to someone

Yes sometimes I do, the worse is the signal reception is do poor that after a while person I am talking with doesn't hear me so that I need to close the call and call that person again

I think the green coloured screen is intended.

It's a wallpaper, based on your choice/colour of wallpaper, for the main screen.

Purple, Black, Grey, White, are the Xperia Live choices...look at the Grey one, it's slightly green..

A random colour for a contact with no call picture.

Color like color but why there is no option to reject the call or reject and reply with sms? 

There is only take the call option (green button).
