All my registered products have vanished, please help
I've just logged on to my Sony account this morning and all of my registered products have vanished and it's saying that I don't have any products registered. Does anyone know why this is and if there's a way to restore them without having to go through the whole process of re-registering them all please?

Have you guys tried to link the account to other Sony type accounts? Like PlayStation? Heard that this could usually mess things up.

I don't have a playstation or playstantion account. I have confirmation emails of the producs being registered in the past but there are none showing up now.
Does anyone know what the historical Sony (products) web address was if it wasn't this one we're on now?

Don't know about that honestly, however, you will either needs to re-register the products, or contact Sony and see if they can help with that.
