Android TV Remote Control Disconnects from Bluetooth

We've had the KD-65XG8505 for a few weeks now, but this issue seems to have gotten worse after the last firmware update.  When connected and all registered, the remote is fine.  But if we leave it while we watch a film, 9 times out of 10, it will becomes sluggish in use, and a lot of the actions fail to work (like changing HDMI channels, or accessing the system menu).  If we can get into the settings, the remote has usually disappeared from the bluetooth list, and we have to activate it again.  Once connected to bluetooth again, everything seems ok, the buttons work as expected, and all good. Soft reset from the tv doesn't fix this, neither does swapping the batteries over. We haven't tried the factory reset yet, but will do later as it's becoming a royal PITA, especially when the kids start bashing buttons that aren't working.

Hi,

I would always recommend a factory reset after doing an update to ensure everything is set correctly.

Cheers
