IR blaster/remote/skybox

I’ve just bought a 43gx8196 tv. When I’ve got it set up, and set up the ir blaster, when I go to my sky channel guide with the remote control, the up, down, left and right arrows jumps 3 rows at a time rather than 1.  Does anyone know how to fix this please?
