KD-55XE8596 Netflix Issue

I would like to ask if anyone has experienced problems with Netflix on this TV ?

 

Basically with any tv show or movie, the picture freezes, or goes black after 15-20s. The sound continues to play as normal.

My broadband internet connection is showing 45-46Mbps consistently on https://fast.com

I have tried hardwiring the TV to my router LAN ports, this made no difference.

 

The TV software is up to date, as is the Netflix app. I’ve tried to clear the cache data etc associated with Netflix, and a soft reset of the app and TV.

I have a KD-65XE8596 and Netflix is one thing that actually works reasonably well here. I've not seen the problem you describe.
