KDL-43W755CB Vertical line on tv apps with Ethernet

Hi

My video picture quality is perfect when playing YouTube and other apps from Internet provider box which is connected by HDMI. If we play same video on local tv app like YouTube it shows white vertical lines on left side of tv, this video is played with Internet cable connected in TV

whats the resolution for this?

Hi @Kalpesh.parab, welcome to the Community.

White vertical lines are usually a problem with the cable connection. You could swap the cable, or find a different connection method, to resolve the issue.
