Hi all - thanks for all the informative information I have found on this community site.
I have recently purchased the above tv and I am using it with a (UK) BT Ultra HD package. The output of the box is 2160p50 and I have set it to 10 bit colour.
Generally speaking I am very happy with the telly but I am experiencing a bug which sounds similar to the "Screen Format: Full" issue reported on another thread.
After a period of watching TV (normally longer extended periods of say 2 hours), the picture starts to judder and the "Screen Format: Full" message flicks on and off. The only way to recover this is to switch the telly off and on again which seems to allow the telly to "resync". This problem happens *every* day when watching TV at least once.
It is not a problem with the BT box as when I switch that on and off the picture problem does not clear.
I have tried different 4K related settings on the telly / BT box but the problem still occurs. Has anyone else noticed this with the TV ?
Thanks,
Ian

Love how I got an email to ask when I'd like to be called which just says they will try their best to call at the time. I waited by the phone instead of going out to eat and sure enough no call. Wow. I'm trying some things which people might like to try too. A review pointed out not to change sharpness when using a pc 4k input so set it to 50 which turns sharpness off totally, also the auto mode for 4k processing needs to be turned off for pc inputs and turn off everything on that whole settings page. Make sure if using a pc that you select game or graphic mode - all others do not work properly for pc input.
Testing the above for a few days to see if the juddering stops.
Not wishing to tempt fate but since the last update was installed on the day of release on my 49x8309c I haven't experienced any juddering while connected to my BT UHD box or PS4, so far so good.
Just got juddering tonight for the first time since the latest update on 55x8509c with Mutant HD51 @ 2160p
Reboot of TV fixed it
Another thread points out that bluetooth is using all the processor.
Turn off bluetooth for stability is something I'm trying tonight.
I'm hearing Marshmallow is starting to roll out now for XD8577/99. True or false?
I'm actually getting an exchange for a tested XD8599 on Saturday so I'll let you all know if this set has the same problems. Knowing my luck I'll get one with worse bleed or dead pixels though.

False
I have the XD8577 and no update - the early 2016 TVs will get the update at the same time as the 2015 models. All or nothing..
An update as it's 1st December 2016. BT 4K UHD No issues whatsoever post November update (tempting fate I know). AFAIC issue resolved.
I also have the BT 4K box and a 49x8309c. I have had the juddering sporadically ever since having the TV (Oct 15) but switching off and on again always fixed it. I haven't had any juddering since the November update !!!
I can also report that we've had no juddering issues since this last update on our 55XD9305.
