I just bought Sony Bravia RMT-TX100A 2013 model. On the remote it has a Netflix button but when I press it nothing comes up. It’s not an remote issue but I don’t know how to make the Netflix function work. I factory reset the tv also registered it for hdtv through Sony’s website. I also can’t find the app alongside YouTube and others apps. If anyone have a resolution I would appreciate it a lot. Thanks
What you wrote is the remote model number not the tv, but my god you bought in 2020 a 2013 model and you do expect to work flawlessy?!? May be it is still able to run netflix but really it was a gamble on your side, I hope you got it for free
