I am having problems getting this new TV to connect to the Youtube feature. I have the TV connected to my wireless router - but the youtube will not load. help please.

Hi @anthonyjermaine. Assuming you mean 43XF7073, you may not be aware but it is not an Android TV. It is a Linux TV.   https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/other-tvs/bd-p/tv_en_1
