I’ve just purchased a Sony Bravia tv and I have a LG sound bar, I have got my sky remote to control the sound on the tv but it doesn’t turn up the sound bar, any ideas? Thanks

How have you connected the sound bar to the TV? For the TV to control the sound bar volume it needs to be connected by HDMI to the ARC port on the TV and HDMI Control (Bravia Sync, C.E.C) activated on both TV and sound bar. We really need the full model numbers of your TV and sound bar if you would like us to offer any detailed help.

Depending on your Sky product it may be possible to program your Sky Remote to control the volume on your sound bar. If you have Sky Q then you need to select it from the drop down list.
