XR-55A84J freesat EPG

Hi, 

I have a Sony XR-55A84J Google TV, I reset the TV and reinstalled now I have no freesat epg, if I click a channel it brings up the epg but as soon as I switch inputs or turn off the TV the epg is lost again. Its beginning to get very frustrating.

Have you tried to retune the satellite or the freesat itself? Or check for updates?
