IC recorder ICD-UX71

I want to transfer files from my recorder to my PC but it doesn't work at all.

I can't manage to open the VOICE map on my recorder (in Explorer). I get the message: place a disc or another suitable medium in IC recorder.

I am using Windows 7 32 bt.
