can't play Facebook videos on mobile data

I have xperia c3 dual, recently I can't play Facebook videos while on mobile data but it's playing well only while im on WiFi. Checked everything, re-installed app many times, cleared cash & data and nothing happened.
I have latest software updates for android and Facebook. Any ideas?

Remove proxy and port in your APN settings.

I've been struggling with this issue for months and thought it was a bug in the Facebook app. Removed proxy and port and videos started playing again on my Oneplus One.
