imposible connect Google Play

Upgrade Xperia c3 with Lollipop. Imposible download apps from Google Play. Message is Device not found. Login with My email and password and this is accepted.
Can you help me, please.?

Have you tried to clear data for google play under settings-apps-all?

Go to settings, then scroll down to apps, swipe to get to all and scroll down to google play application. There, clear data for google play.

Ten years ago I had a Gmail but ONLY for one year. Now all the time the Phone ask me for those account. Say "necessary action in this account" but this is dead years ago.

without a gmail account you won't be able to download apps, since Android its developed by Google.
