Hello George - Welcome to the Sony Forums

With your camera, it may help if you perform a full system reset to return the model to its factory settings. If you take a look at page 23 of the manual:

You will see that this can be done by finding a small pointed object, such as the end of a paper, and then inserting it into the 'Reset' hole on your camera. This small hole should be located on the same side of the camera as your holding strap.

If this doesn't work, please reply with some more details of the issue that you are having i.e. if there is some kind of error code being displayed.

Does the camera allow to record any video at all now or do you get an error message?

I can record the video...I can only control remote,but not sensors...
