hi
my pc does not c the sony handcam trv 355e. how do i convert casetts to dvd. the software provided does not help with windows xp 2010

Hello jppatel - Welcome to the Sony Forums
With this camcorder, you will need to use a FireWire/iLink socket to transfer video data to your computer (this is due to having Windows XP installed on there). As long as your computer has one of these ports installed, you should be able to transfer video without installing any drivers, you will just need video capture software such as Windows Live Movie Maker (this is a free download). This software can also burn the video to DVD.
