I have the above handycam but since upgradeing to a PC (Windows 7 )my PC wont download mydriver CD any suggestions

Hi pan1948, welcome to the Sony Forums

Some versions of Windows 7 don't support a number of older devices and USB drivers.

You should be able to connect the camera using its DV-out (i-Link) port and a firewire cable. You need a firewire port on your PC; if it doesn't have one there are cards widely available you can add on.
