How to shoot in 60fps
I have recently bought a Sony hdr cx625 however i dont know how to shot in 60 fps, can anyone tell me a step by step method of how to set 60 frames in settings. Whenever i watch my movies back, they are very sluggish however on the camcorders lcd screen they look fine. Can anybody help??

Hi there, thank you for your reply however I've already read the manual 3 times over and about the frame rate but it doesn't tell me how to set it to 60fps. It clearly states the maxmium of this camcorder is 60fps

The Help Guide link shared shows how you enable it: "Menu - [Image Quality/Size] - [Frame Rate] - desired setting".

I am also having problems, my only options are 50i 50p or 25p, I can find no way of altering this.

60fps is the US equivalent of 50fps, just like 30fps is to 25fps. If your camera was manufactured in the US or one of the other countries that uses the 60Hz power standard then it's likely that it will offer the ability to film in 60fps rather than 50.
