Insufficient permission!

Hi...Can anyone help me with my current issue?

I am downloading updates but I keep getting told that there is 'Insufficient permission' to continue. I am signed in as the 'Computer Administrator' but still have no joy.

Please help!

Hello Radster1965 - Welcome to the Sony Forums

Does it help if you right-click on the icon to run the update and select the 'Run as Administrator'? This can sometimes avoid these irritating problems with permissions.
