Intending to buy HDR-cx730 some advertised as EB. What is EB?

1. Why are some cx730 advertised as EB rather than E for Europe?

2. There are few CX730 advertised, are they in short supply?

3. This camera appears to lack firewire. How does one download to an editor?

4 I currently use Pinnacle 12, is this as good as any for HD editing?
