Hello everyone! I have a few questions about that model DSC-HX50. Maybe somebody can help me with.

1. Is that model compatible with microphone ECM-XYST1M shoe?

2. What i can do with microHDMI connector? Can i use this as webcam 4exampl??

Hi Sebirsky and welcome.

Your DSC-HX50 is compatible with accessories using the Multi Interface Shoe including the microphones: -

I do not think you can 'live stream' using the mini HDMI output. This is for playback through a HD TV. It does not work as a webcam.
