I can't download apps for DSC-RX100m3 because the region is not supported!

You should probably reach out to the PlayStation support team since the Sony Entertainment Network (SEN) servers are consolidated anyways. You can also use their direct number: 0203 538 2665.

Try this: (if you haven't done so)
Click on all applications, middle page besides SELECT.
Choose your device.
Connect, maybe sign in first.
After you have done so you will have access to updates and apps. (I hope it will accept your region)
I don't think it's the camera that's not supported in your region. If your Sony Entertainment Network was created in another country/region, this may happen. You can always create a new account if you want a quick solution
