Is there software to operate DSC-HX60 from a desktop PC?

I want to do some frame by frame animation on my PC (Windows 10).

Is there software that will let me operate my DSC-HX60 so that I don't have to touch the camera after setting it up for a scene?

You could use PlayMemories to control your camera remotely using your Smartphone or Tablet as a remote controller..

I tried this bit the photos are stored on the camera, I want them to go straight to the pc.
