Hi
I have just got a RX10M3. While I am very pleased with the camera I am very disappointed to find I can't transfer the photos over wifi due to the software not being compatible with the latest version of Mac OS. Anyone know when this will be available or a way around it?
HI there,
Welcome to the Sony Community.
I'm looking into this and will update the thread when I have an answer for you.
Best wishes,
Sean
Have to say I have been trying to connect the camera to WiFi, Edge etc and it seems the most complicated thing I've ever tried, in fact I've given up!!
There are no clear cut instructions anywhere that I can see? I did connect t the camera to my router but then?????? It doesn't appear anywhere where I can access it, not on my laptop or smartphone, both connected to the same network.
Anybody from Sony around to sort this mess out please?
Hi there,
It's true that Imaging Edge Desktop isn't compatible with MacOS Catalina at the moment, but it should be a matter of time before an update's released considering how new the Imaging Edge system is and how many users rely the "Apple ecosystem" for their smart needs.

Ah, didn't notice the "Catalina", I'm still on OS Mojave and can't get any of it to work either! We seem to lack clear, concise instructions as to how to use these Apps!
Hi Cheddarman,
According to Sony, Mojave is supported by Imaging Edge Desktop: http://support.d-imaging.sony.co.jp/www/disoft/int/pcenv/en/contents/index.html
If the issue you're facing is with launching/installing the app, let us know more about it.
