Hi, need help with my PRS-300 when its unplugged just says Firmware update did not complete successfully. Please try again, if i plug it into computer it says updating firmware now... but no matter how long i leave it nothing happens and in my library just says 'error' next to reader.
cannot turn the device off, have tried soft reset and the hard reset but wont let me fully reset just comes back to the above messages.
can anyone help!!!:smileyconfused:
