My Bravia Tv displays the message-Picture re-set mode is on to exit reset mode start initial set up select Home from from viewing environment step.No way Pedro can I get rid of it try as I may.Added to the problem with my Sound bar I’m swiftly loosing faith in Sony,anyone feeling the same I’ve already binned my Experia smart phone.

  Thanks for your suggestion,I have tried updating but getting the message “no updates available at the moment”The Tv is set is on auto update anyway.

Thanks for the suggestion Sean.Ive tried a power reset which made no difference so attempted a factory reset but the instructions from Sony are totally different from those displayed on my Tv which is supposedly a2018 model.
