Change User name

Told to contact local support centre to be able to chnge my user name but where and how do I find my local support centre?  All I want to do is change my User name, should take so much time and be so difficult.

You can't change your user name yourself but if you let me know what you would like to change your Sony Community User Name to I'll try to get someone to do this for you..
