Delivery problems

Hello, on Monday I bought a PS4 from their website with standard delivery which is 2-3 days and now it is the 5th day and I haven't  received anything until now.

What can I do, I called them and they said tomorrow it will arrive and today nothing I lost my day staying at home for nothing.

Today I called them again and the robot answer I'm still waiting for them to call back.
