Fantasy Football 2013/2014

Hey!

To celebrate that Sony’s Hawk Eye goal line technology is being introduced in the new Premier League season, I thought we should have a Sony Community Fantasy Football league!

Do we have any football fans here?

http://fantasy.premierleague.com/ is the link you’ll need. You’ll need to sign up first and then you’ll be able to create your team.

Then each match day you’ll be given points based on clean sheets, goals, etc. You’ll be able to make subs and transfers throughout the season. You can find all the rules here: http://fantasy.premierleague.com/the-scout/

Once your team is created, you’ll be able to join the league.

Sony Community league code is: 948955-247252

Good luck everyone!

Do you think goal line technology will have an impact this year? Who are your picks for the top 4/bottom 3?

Ive lost count on the amount of times you have done that Jumpy - I had to swap Hazard out - and got Oscar instead - extra money left over went on swapping a dud defender for a bit better one.

LOL I spend all week looking forward to it then totally blow it.

Nice transfer

On a different note, I wonder if I can transfer Brendan Rodgers into the team?

Love the fact Gerrard and Suarez share Player of the Month too!

I wonder if the winner of the Premiere League's points total will be 87 this year?

Edit: Wow! Just seen the current West Brom v Spurs current score. 2-0 after 4 minutes played.

WBA scored within 28 seconds of kick off. :anguished: I wonder if  Mr Sherwood will still be there tomorrow if they lose?

Some unfortunate scorelines over the weekend. Liverpool and Arsenal in particular. :slight_frown:

Unfortunate for City :yahoo:

I see you had another excellent week Drewde

Although my score was 'trousers' this week I was quite happy for Toure to score 1 point and Zabaleta to score 0.

I'm glad they didn't play Kolarov either, I reckon he's better than Clichy.

I had to laugh after the match when the reporter asked Gerrard what he said to the team in the 'huddle' at the end and he replied "None of your business."

I was also awestruck by the respect shown by all fans everywhere this weekend for the 96.

I was in tears singing YNWA at the start of the game.

Game Week 34:

Sony FF League Table - GW34.jpg

Summary:

No "movers" this week, however some teams (ie Mid-Table Finish, The Incrediballs) used the double game from Man City rather well (which I forgot)
