Whilst desperately trying to update my address details on My Sony portal for the past few days, i'm continuously getting the message:

Sorry! We are experiencing temporary technical problems. Thank you for your patience while we fix them. Please come back later.

Are you referring to the address field in the account settings? If yes, then you should reach out to the Sony support reps. If you've already tried using a different browser/device.
