Hello,
I bought a PS-LX300USB turn table and I'm having trouble playing sound through the computer speakers. I installed all the software, followed all the steps in the manual concerning the connection between the computer and the turntable. I have set everything as shown in the manual but still the sound won't play. I ran out of ideas about what to do. Anyone else have any idea?
Thanks for all the answers,
metalfix

Hi metalfix.
What Operating System is running on your computer?
Assuming Vista or Windows 7, what is showing as your Playback Device? Go to Start -> Control Panel -> Hardware & Sound -> Sound
Are "Speakers" set as default under the 'Playback ' Tab?
What device is selected under the 'Recording' Tab?

I am using 64x bit Windows 7.
Under the Playback Tab I have Computer Speakers as default and under Recording Tab I have Microphone (High definition Audio Device).
Is it even possible to just listen to the records without recording the songs to my computer?
Thank you for a quick reply.
