developer options off after pcc repair

I have done a pcc repair for the accelerometer bug on my m2 aqua today, and when I started the phone.. I have noticed that the "developer options" button is missing. It used to be just above the "about phone "button. Anyone know how to turn it back on? Also I did not have this option when I first got the phone, but after I sent it into service it came back with it and it proved very useful.
