Is already kitkat?

Hello, I have just bought a xperia m2 

I have heard that kitkat update is already available but it doesn't appear in my phone.

I am from spain. I have to do something or it isn't available yet? Is it known when could be ready?

If PCC is saying you have the latest update then KK is not yet released for your country and or network - In order for your device to receive the update your country and or network has to authorise Sony to release it
