Reset Xperia M

I need to reset my device (Xperia M C-1905) from initial system values.

I've started to repair (from menu upgrade) in PC Companion.  When the device is contacted, and after to install drives in my PC ( appears a windows with the following messages (in spanish):

PROBLEMA:

El telefono / tablet contiene software que no puede actualizarse

DETALLES:

Error del motor de actualizaciones de Sony (error 2003)

What can I do?  Is it any way to format internal memory or something like that?

Thank you in advance.

I think you can use a flashtool and flash a ftf file, with option to remove the data.

You can factory reset the phone from settings-backup and restore.

Check out this for connection issues:

Hi,

Really I think that I don't have any problem with USB conection nor drives in PCC.

The problem is that we have tried to modify software out of PCC or SUS,  and now the phone can't restart.  Only appears initial screen with logo:  SONY

I'm trying reinstall software with PCC.  During the process (conection while I hold "volume -" key (flash mode), it seems that conection has been succeed, but it appears this messages related with PCC has found "somethig" in the phone that don't let to overwrite it ---> Error 2003

During this conection int the windows side appears the drive controler corresponding to "device S1" with device functions "SEMC Flash Device.

I've tried also to reinstall with a SUS program,  with the same symptom and result.

My question really is about if it's there any way to clear the flash memory to prepare the phone to reinstall, and so bypass this problem?

Thank you in advance.
