In safe mode,3rd party apps are not loaded. Some of them might interfere with your phone and make it lag or drain the battery faster. With a simple restart, you can go back to normal mode.
Does the same occur without the SIM?
No. I dont think so.
My Sony doesnt display any weird messege or other warning.
With or without SIM.
It just restarting after lag for about 1 minute.
It keep repeating like that after that.
Boot the phone in safe mode, see how it goes:

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.
Not really sure what you mean. When the phone is in safe mode it doesn't load any 3rd party apps.
Does it still restart? How is it behaving?
Well, some widgets and applications on my homescreen were dissappear.
Which means is I have to add it back if I want to.
My keyboard setting back to default Sony's setting.
Moreover, my Sony seems more light & smooth than before.
Untill now, there no lag or sudden restarting.
May I know why.? It all done after I'm on Safe Mode I do nothing while I'm on Safe Mode.
Actually, I'm still new to android. So there's a lot thing I need to learn about it.
First of all, thank you for you time.
I'm still new to Android and smartphone, please guide me and correct my mistake if I'm wrong.
In Normal Mode, user usually installed some applications we want on our phone.
That is what we called "3rd party apps", isn't it.?
Some apps may affecting our phone negetively such as sudden restarting, lag , sudden closed apps and etc. isn't it.?
(Because I'm facing the same problem lately. Then I were suggested to turn on my phone in Safe Mode. )
On Safe Mode, I do nothing, but I realized some of my widgets and downloaded applications were dissappeared from my homescreen which means I have to add it back if I want to.
The question is, how do I know which downloaded application that caused my Sony became lag and sudden restarted before I'm on Safe Mode.? So that I can uninstall it when I'm back on Normal Mode.?
