sony xperia m dual mic problem

I bought xperia M dual  month ago. i got a issue nowadays my vice level is going to minimum to high at the other end. it not sable.  warring in 5 min interval in the  call. What is the issue? is it hardware issue or some other problem ? it happens  all calls from my two sim (aitrel/bsnl)

same problem even on my Xperia M (C1904) after 1 hour call this happens for interval of 3-4 minutes:smileyquestion:

Have you tried repairing?

Other end users can't hear my voice, but they can hear me while I'm using headset...
What's the solution for this, I couldn't tolerate this...

It was happened when I was talking with my friend, I was in the call at that time, suddenly my voice is not audible to my friend

Do you have microphone noise suppression and slow talk enabled?
