Bravia TV KDL-50W829B Can't connect to Netflix

I thought I'd try Netflix but every time I try to connect I get the - 'Couldn't connect to Netflix. Please try again or restart your home network and streaming device. Code: ui-113' message.

I've followed all the instructions but still get the same message.

Is there a solution or should I just abandon Netflix?

Home Hub 4 installed and Netflix working fine.

Thanks again.

Now, if you could tell me how to get ITV Hub???

Hi there

Are you with BT using their HomeHub 3 router by any chance?

Hi there

Should you be worried... No.  But you will need to replace your router with a HH4 or HH5. 😞

Please have a read of the following two threads:

A fascinating read. It looks like a visit to ebay for me then.

Hi there

Im glad it works!

In regards to ITV Hub, unfortunately it is not possible on your TV.  Only Android TVs in Sonys range has it, due to it being available through YouView
