Hi there
I'll answer these in order
- Ive attempted to answer this question, see HERE for details
- It is a shame that you cannot use an optical/wireless mouse - bluetooth mice are supported however (see below)
- Bluetooth is only used for connected mice and no other devices, see my other answer HERE
- Yes, unfortunately this message does occur. This is because the webpage is too graphic for the tv to handle. (see below)
- Can you describe this please - as Sony Entertainment Network should be working? What error message are you getting?
*NOTE: Even though these "Smart TVs" can connect to the internet and do various things - you must bare in mind that it is not a replacement for a computer.
Cheers

Hi there
Im not sure who supports Maldives (and the contact details) - India?
Either way, I have passed your details onto Sony Support UK and hopefully they will call you back - Your right though, direct contact with Sony Support would probably best in your situation.
Please ensure your contact details are correct in your account profile.
Cheers
PS: Just so you understand - I dont work for Sony, just merely trying to help or assist.
