Every time I try to use the Freeview through digital aerial I find most of the programs have gone.
It comes up starting at 03 ITV and there are around 10 channels listed.
I have to go through the 15 minute digital re-tuning to get them all back again, then the next day they are gone again! Sometimes they go on the same day!
Any (simplified) help for a non-techy old person would be greatly appreciated.....
PS After tuning it says press OK, but there isn't an OK button on the remote, so I press the button in the centre of the "circle"...
