No players are currently available on Freeview

Trying to use the built in TV players to use a streaming service but get a message that no players are available. This happens frequently and I now use a Roku stick instead which always works. What is wrong with my TV which is only six months old? Sony Bravia KDL 40WE663.

Try to update the apps by going to Setting - Setup - Network - Refresh internet content
