Page display failure on iplayer-KDL-32CX523
I bough this TV last June and have experienced no problems until now.
The iplayer is accessible but it is going directly to a display failure page. My internet is fine- lovefilm has no issues, my software is up to date and I have redone the digital set-up and refreshed the internet connection.
iplayer plays fine on my lap top - is it anything to do with DRM? Any ideas?

Sounds temporary, couple of things to try..
- Try switching off your modem and unplugging it for 5 mins and then turning it back on.
- Could factory reset the TV.
Might be glitch at BBC side, but pretty sure the above will sort it.

Thank you for responding.
I have tried your suggestion but the problem remains. Must be a BBC thing, it does state that "in certain network situations, it may not be displayed even under correct setup.", which is so helpful.
I will go to iplayer site and see if they have more info.

I have looked on iplayer site and there are some technical issues involving various platforms including BT vision, which I don't have but BT is my IP.
