I didn't find my viewing enriched when I recieved my TV with a fault in the top left had corner of the screen across into the middle there are horizontal black lines which appear and disappear every 3-4 seconds.
This issue was compounded by spending almost 2 hours on the phone to sales and support teams to be told that I cannot return the goods unless I still have the original packaging. .
I chose to order from Sony believing it to be a reputable brand expecting quality goods and failsafe service. My experience with this firm has been shambolic and I remain in posession of their faulty goods.
I must admit I'm disappointed with my W905 which as the Triluminos display, it's also got the horizontal lines and a lot of DSE. The picture quality is good, but is spoilt by these defects, which all of them seem to have going by comments on the various forums. I'm amazed this hasn't been picked up the people who have reviewed the set, may be Sony just sent them the good ones.
