I have a Sony KDL42W829 and the direct to Netflix button on the remote control has suddenly stopped working. It just takes you to a black screen, no error messages and you can't return from it, you have to navigate away to Home.
I can still get into Netflix via Apps or Home and choosing the App that way, no problem, all still working.
Any ideas. I am not aware of this corresponding with any updates. It has worked fine since the last one I ran.
