DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (agnfilt.sys)

When I restart my laptop after SLEEP or HIBERNATE modus, I get a BSOD with the error message DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (agnfilt.sys). I know that the agnfilt.sys a driver is that comes with the IBM AT&T Dialer, which I need to make connection with the IBM network.

What should I do to solve this problem ?
