Camera capture utility

Hi

I wonder if someone can remind me of the hotfix details for the camera capture utility which is playing up again - only works once on Skype or the CCU. Have had the problem in the past and it's reocccuring as I had to reinstall everything a while ago. I remember there was a hotfix or other solution which sorted the problem before but can't find it anywhere now ...
