' Digital vibrance ' problem with Vista/FZ21M/NVIDIA 8400 GT

Hi,
I can not use the 'digital vibrance' slider for my NVIDIA 8400 GT. I have a Sony FZ21-M laptop and vista.
The slider is greyed and i cannot change it.

Is there a known sloution for it ? I bought my laptop in march.
