HELP!!!My VAIO SZ1 notebook does not start but I can see the green power light (LED) and blue (bluetooth), even when my VAIO is connected to the mains.

PLS HELP
i had my notebook without the battery connected straight through the power outlet with no probs with start up.
When it was still on the power went down and then it wont start up or boot up at all but the power led (green) and blue led of the bluetooth are always on with or without the battery.
Have i fryid my Mobo or my cpu???????
PLS HELP
