I have the Sony Vaio Laptop with windows 7 64 bit. Now for the past few weeks i keep getting this message when i first turn on the laptop.

Can't find script engine "VBScript" for script "C:\ProgramData\SonyCorporation\VAIO Care\DwlSelfPatch.vbs".

what does this mean,:smileyconfused: also when i try to open vaio care it wants me to update so i do but then nothing happens

????? would love to know what is wrong

Hi Nikki3000,

There have been a number of reports of this problem and we would all like an answer from Support on this.

‘djshamot’ found a solution that worked for him. Have a look at his post in this thread.
